| The Assistant Director of Philanthropy (ADoP) is an emerging fundraising professional focused on securing leadership annual gifts and identifying prospects for major and planned gifts that support university priorities, especially initiatives advancing student success, access, equity, and academic excellence. Reporting to the Senior Director of Philanthropy, the ADoP will work closely with senior leadership and the Advancement team to cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of leadership annual and early major gift donors. This externally focused role emphasizes strategic relationship-building and effective solicitation.
