Graduation Advising and Transfer Credit Specialists (GATCS) are student success champions, guiding students through key milestones—graduation, returning to college, or transferring in. Through one-on-one advising, drop-ins, referrals, workshops, and pop-up events, GATCS offer expert, personalized support to keep students on track toward their goals.
Reporting to the Assistant Registrar for Graduation and Articulation, GATCS handle complex student service tasks—blending policy knowledge, research, and problem-solving. They resolve academic scenarios independently, ensuring accurate credit evaluation and smooth degree progression.
With in-depth knowledge of CSU system, state, and campus policies, GATCS evaluate academic credit, articulate transfer coursework, and clarify graduation requirements. More than just processing records, they build strong relationships and help students understand and plan for academic success.

The incumbent provides a wide range of primary health care services, such as conducting physical examinations; diagnosing, treating, and managing illnesses and injuries; ordering tests and interpreting the results; and counseling patients on preventive care. This position is primarily located at the Palm Desert campus and may work occasionally on the San Bernardino campus. |
